  • How far in advance should I book?

    We suggest that you book your picnic as soon as possible or at least 30 days in advance. If you are within that 30 day range, you can still submit an inquiry form or contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

  • Where can I have my picnic?

    We work with clients in the DC, Northern VA, Southern MD, Richmond VA and VA Beach area. If you are in the DMV area, we go within a 30-mile radius of Tyson Corner. For Richmond, Va you must be within a 25-mile radius of VCU and for VA Beach area you must be within a 15-mile radius of Lynnhaven Mall. If you are outside this radius, don't worry we can still accommodate you, but there will be travel fees.

  • Do you provide a permit for locations that require one?

    No we do not provide the permit. The client is responsible for obtaining any permits that may be needed to have your picnic in specific parks. If you would like to have your picnic at a private location, like a winery, you will need written permission from the venue.

  • Do you provide food or drinks?

    In our basic package, we do include snacks that the client will choose and either sparkling water or still water. If you would like more foods or drinks besides that, check out our add-on options to see what we offer. If something you are looking for is not listed, just let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

  • What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled picnic day?

    Don't worry! We are able to move a picnic indoors or reschedule to a better day. If weather is an issue, we will need to know at least 48 hours in advance for location or date changes.

  • What is your rescheduling policy?

    Sometimes things happen and that is okay. As soon as you need to reschedule, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you based on availability for the next available weekend.

  • What is the cancellation/refund policy?

    If you have to cancel and your booking is at least 14 days away, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the picnic or event, it is not eligible for a refund.

    By booking with us you have agreed to the terms & conditions in the contract signed by the client.
