How it Works!
Fill out our Inquiry Form and let us know your ideas for your picnic or event. Give as much detail as you can, so we are able to understand your needs for the design consultation. We will respond within 72hrs to coordinate the date and time based upon our availability. Please submit the form at least 30 days prior to your picnic/event so we are able to accommodate you. If you are trying to plan something within the 30 day window, we can discuss potential options.
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form
Once we have confirmed a date, time and location and the initial quote has been sent, the design process begins. We will have a 30-minute design consultation to bring your ideas together. We have different color schemes and styles that you can choose from. If there is a specific theme you would like that is not listed, we can discuss them in more detail at this step. We suggest taking a look at our add-on options to enhance your picnic or event.

Luxury Picnic Services
Basic Package
$250
Our Basic Package for luxury picnics includes:
30-minute design consultation with client curated design. (Some custom designs may cost additional)
2-hr. picnic time (additional time can be added by the hour by selecting the appropriate add-on option)
Tableware: charger plates/placemats, plates, silverware, water glasses, and napkins
Decor: low picnic tables, blankets, pillows, table runner, faux floral arrangements/pampas grass, other small table decor items, and display candles
1-hr Set-up and 1-hr teardown
Chalkboard Sign with clients choice of writing
Sparkling water or still water
Client’s favorite snacks (chips, candy, non-alcoholic bottle or can drinks)
Polaroid Camera with 10 films
Games (Jenga, cards, couple games)
Battery operated personal fan
Bluetooth Speaker
